ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please confirm show, date, time, venue, and quantity before payment.

1. Platform Use

AltShows, a "Harkat Studios LLP" brand, is a discovery and ticketing platform for listed events. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Ticket Purchase and Pricing

Tickets are sold at prices shown at checkout in INR. Taxes and charges are shown where applicable. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. No Refunds / No Exchanges

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All ticket sales are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or partial refunds are provided after purchase, except where required by law or as explicitly stated by Alt Shows for organiser-caused cancellation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If an organiser cancels a show, Alt Shows may offer a credit, transfer, or refund of face value at its sole discretion. If a show is rescheduled, tickets generally remain valid for the new date and time unless stated otherwise.

5. Entry and Venue Rules

Entry is subject to organiser and venue policies. Late entry may be restricted or denied depending on the event format. Age restrictions, security checks, and prohibited items are enforced by organisers and venues.

6. Seating, Access, and Ticket Validity

Some events may have limited-capacity, free-seating, or first-come-first-served arrangements. A valid booking confirmation or ticket must be presented for entry, and a government-issued ID may be requested where required by the organiser or venue.

7. User Conduct

Users must behave respectfully toward artists, venue staff, and audiences. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or violation of venue rules may result in removal without refund.

8. Event Changes and Listings

Show details are provided by organisers and may change. Alt Shows is not liable for changes in lineup, running time, performers, content, or venue logistics announced by organisers or venues.

9. Customer Data Shared with Organisers

To facilitate event operations, attendee management, and event-related communication, Alt Shows shares basic customer information with the relevant organiser after a booking. This typically includes the customer's email address and booking details. For certain workshops or similar participation-based events, we may also share the customer's phone number with the organiser when operationally necessary.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure and Liability

Alt Shows is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, strikes, public restrictions, technical failures, or venue issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alt Shows liability is limited to the ticket face value paid through the platform.
